A Georgian brass Cannon Model.
Aside from the cast barrel and steel axles, this cannon is made from parts that look to be cut from sheet brass as opposed to cast. The main body of the cannon is made of two parts linked by the axles. The wheels are held in place by large rivets and so turn. To the back, set in front of the small wheels, is a fitting to attach the cannon to a limber.
This Cannon is almost naive in both its construction an appearance which gives it an appealing quality. Early 19th Century.
