A set of mahogany and steel Campaign Cutlery with brass collars to the handles.

The design follows that patented by Wragg but the look is easily distinguished from his earlier cutlery. The handles of the each implement also form the sheaf for the other, protecting the knife blade and fork tines during travel.

The knife is stamped Sheffield England to the blade but their is no other indicator to the maker. This was a popular design for travel cutlery being simple, effective and easy to manufacture at the time. A number of different Sheffield makers copied Wragg's design at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. Circa 1900.
