A small set of brass Walkers' Patent Wardrobe Hooks.
The brass has a gilt lacquer finish which gives it a nice glow and prevents you having to polish the brass. The set has seven hooks and they can be expanded, reducing the height, to fit into the space. Likewise, they can be folded to take less space when packed. The number 16 is scratched to the back. The set is stamped Walker's Patent 1864 and is late 19th Century in date.
