The handles are marked with the retailer's name of A. Barrett & Sons of 63 & 64 Piccadilly and the quality is that which would expect of a company that supplied the Royal family. The mark of HC & S Ltd is for Henry Cooper & Sons of Birmingham and they are hallmarked for 1903.
