It looks not only at the wide variety of furniture made for and used by British Army and Navy Officers but also the social context that saw its development. There is also a directory to a number of the better known makers of campaign furniture.
This publication was only printed as a single edition in 2001 and is not easy to find at a sensible price. It is a fascinating read.
